These photos were taken on a Sea Kayaking Day run by Liquid Logistics. I tagged along as an assistant for Liquid Logistics Co-Director Sam Sutton as part of my ongoing coaching update process. A fantastic day with a lovely group of clients as we explored the quieter stretches of Poole Harbour and looked in detail at effective forward paddling and edging skills.
